In partnership with Eat Drink SLC, each month we host a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner, and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah.

Wine Takes Flight 
Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm

The event includes three beverages, a special arrival pour, and an assorted plate of fruits, nuts, cheeses, or crackers. All while raising a glass to the birds at Tracy Aviary!

Additional Information:

• Located inside Tracy Aviary, entering through the Gift Shop.
• Weather permitting, it will be outside on the Chase Mill Lawn.
• Guests must be at least 21 years or older to attend this event

Acceptable forms of ID: valid Passport, US Driver's License, Military ID, or US state-issued ID card with a birth date and photo***.
