Join us each month for a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah. Brought to you in partnership with Eat Drink SLC. 

Feel like you keep buying the same wine over and over, not sure what other wines to ‘take the risk’ on buying? Well, join us for this Wine Takes Flight tasting as we explore wines ‘Off the Beaten Path’, and taste three red wines ranging from the shores of Spain to the hidden secrets of Southern France to the red wines of Uruguay.

This month’s featured restaurant: Provisions SLC

The cuisine of Provisions is modern American, focusing on regional, organic and sustainable ingredients. We prepare them simply using new and old-world techniques to create exciting flavor profiles, textures, and visual enjoyment. We draw influence from all over the world and incorporate them where we see fit to enhance the ingredients we enjoy in this part of the world.
