In partnership with Eat Drink SLC join us each month for a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner, and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah.

Cellar Club - Fall Feast 

Start November right and join us for our ‘Cellar Club’ at the historic Chase Mill building featuring a series of premium wines and elevated small plates by Chef Heather Joy of Beehive Cheese. 

This season’s Cellar Club series celebrates a Fall Feast with all your favorite food and wine pairings. The wines selected range from an arrival pour of Sparkling Brut Rosé, followed by a lush Willamette Valley Chardonnay, to a red berry fruit-driven Village Cru Beaujolais, finishing with a rich jammy juicy Russian River Valley Red. We look forward to seeing you and your group at the next Cellar Club Wine Takes Flight event! 

This event includes three beverages, a special arrival pour, and food pairings sponsored by Beehive Cheese. All while raising a glass to the birds at Tracy Aviary!

  • This event will be inside the Chase Mill.
  • Guests must be at least 21 years or older to attend this event. Please remember to bring your ID.
