Join us each month for a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah. Brought to you in partnership with Eat Drink SLC.
Cabernet Sauvignon makes a red wine ranging from big bold and juicy to classic blends. Join us as we sample Cabernet Sauvignon’s sourced from around the world demonstrating the broad range of this timeless wine. These wines are paired with small nibbles featuring Beehive cheese and a variety of other bites, and receive printed tasting notes and professional 90 minute presentation. A fun, educational and entertaining wine tasting of these two classic wine regions.
These events will be indoors in the Chase Mill building.
*Proof of vaccination card OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hrs of the event required for entry. A digital copy is acceptable.
